These FDEs are embedded within client organizations to work closely with business leaders, technology leaders, operators, and frontline teams. Their role is to conduct focused diagnostics to identify high-value AI opportunities, subsequently collaborating on redesigning organizational infrastructure, critical workflows, and business processes to effectively integrate AI. The FDEs are tasked with moving clients from concept identification to the development, testing, and deployment of production-grade AI systems that connect OpenAI models with the client's proprietary data, tools, controls, and existing business processes, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation and measurable results. This acquisition will immediately bring approximately 150 experienced FDEs and Deployment Specialists into ODC. The Tomoro team's expertise, demonstrated in mission-critical workflows for companies like Tesco, Virgin Atlantic, and Supercell, focuses on reliability, integration, governance, and quantifiable business impact, thereby strengthening ODC's capacity to expedite the transition from use case selection to production deployment. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
