The event is structured into two distinct rounds:

  • First Round (Table Round): This preliminary stage is scheduled for Friday, October 31st. It will take place at the Grand Hall located on the 7th floor of the Yangjae El Tower.
  • Second Round (Innovation Round): The conclusive stage is set for Wednesday, November 5th. This round will be held at the Halla Hall, situated on the 3rd floor of the Yongsan Dragon City Hotel.

Special Privileges for Distinguished Research Teams (우수 μ—°κ΅¬νŒ€ νŠΉμ „):
Teams recognized for their excellence will receive substantial support, particularly aimed at fostering follow-up research within the artificial intelligence sector. This support includes selection as beneficiaries for research and development (R&D) projects under national R&D programs. The total financial support for research initiatives can extend up to a maximum of 6 billion South Korean Won (KRW). Specific methodologies for support and detailed terms will be promulgated through a subsequent official announcement.

Mandatory Submission Documents (제좜 μ„œλ₯˜):
Participants are required to provide the following materials:

  • Result Report (κ²°κ³Όλ³΄κ³ μ„œ): This document must not exceed 10 pages in length.
  • Follow-up Research and Development Plan (ν›„μ†μ—°κ΅¬κ°œλ°œκ³„νšμ„œ): This detailed plan is limited to a maximum of 15 pages.
  • Demonstration Video (μ‹œμ—°μ˜μƒ): A video showcasing the project's functionality or concept, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes.
  • Presentation Material (λ°œν‘œμžλ£Œ): The accompanying presentation slides or document, constrained to 10 pages.
